About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 35kbd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 35kbd website at 35kbd.bet and all related services including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and mobile wallet payment processing. Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register an account with 35kbd you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation or other legal entity; (c) provide accurate, complete and current registration information including your mobile number; (d) not already hold an existing 35kbd account; and (e) not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 35kbd. By registering you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. 35kbd reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or close your account if satisfactory verification cannot be obtained.

Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 35kbd immediately at
[email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 35kbd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on 35kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through supported mobile financial service providers including bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. 35kbd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Processing times vary but most withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours. 35kbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
35kbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions or other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. 35kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of any promotion, including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 35kbd: (a) use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age; (b) creation of more than one account per person; (c) use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform; (d) any form of cheating, match-fixing, collusion with other players or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; (e) money laundering or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity; (f) providing false information during registration or verification; and (g) any conduct that disrupts, harms or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 35kbd platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of 35kbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of 35kbd. The 35kbd name, logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of 35kbd.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35kbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall 35kbd's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination and Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting 35kbd support at
[email protected]. 35kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, dishonest or illegal activity; failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested; inactivity for a prolonged period; or self-exclusion requests. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining balance (less any applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe.

Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 35kbd Platform shall first be submitted to 35kbd's customer support team for resolution. 35kbd will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Clause 11
Betting Rules and Game Integrity
All bets placed on 35kbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. 35kbd reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after the relevant event has already concluded, that is placed using information not available to the general public, or that is found to have been placed in violation of these Terms. Results and settlements for live events are determined using official data sources. In the event of any system error or manifest error in pricing, 35kbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

Amendments to These Terms
35kbd may revise and update these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
